Introducing Enshi Yulu

Enshi Yulu is a Chinese green tea, reminiscent of a Japanese Sencha or Bancha, because of how the tea leaves are steamed after being picked. Steaming the leaves helps preserve natural oils and antioxidants. This batch was picked, steamed and hand rolled this past May and is now available to buy in-store!

This tea steeps in 170 - 175 degree water for 3 minutes. Re-steep this tea several times!
