This tea makes an exceptional latte! To make a chai latte, steep 1 tablespoon of the tea for at least 7-10 minutes in 2-3oz of water. While you’re waiting for the chai to steep, steam your milk. Strain the concentrate out, pour the steamed milk over the leaves and then strain that out into the concentrate!
